15.01.2022 FOGG HALL several studios, workshops, a library, an art gallery, 2 x spas, 5 x bathrooms, entertaining and living and a SC place for Grandma all in the beautiful Blue Mountains close to 24/7 shop, Gloria Park and a quick walk to the train....parking for 5 cars behind the powered gate ... there is even a provision to install a lift between floors, It is too big for us so we will be selling in the new year.
14.01.2022 Pretty proud of this job. Window we installed at Hartley 7m x 2.5m. 1 massive beam, 3 pieces of glass and 15k later what a view.
07.01.2022 'Fogg Hall' 24 Bonnie View Ave Hazelbrook. We took it from a quaint little Mountains home to this magnificent Artists hub and private residence, owned by Roger Foley-Fogg. Sold on to a wonderful young family, who we have been able to help make changes that put their own stamp on it, and make their family home. Works ongoing.
