02.01.2022 Last night I was privileged to cook for a 65th Birthday Celebration for 8. I have attached the Menu for you to peruse and a photo of the great wines they drank. Macka managed to find a very special bottle to finish off with, with the cheeses. He couldn’t quite do a 1955 to match Melanie’s birth year but came pretty close with a 1957 Great Western Sparkling Shiraz and it was still very drinkable although no bubbles left just a slight spritzig in your mouth. Very spoilt!
02.01.2022 Just a few pics from the garden
02.01.2022 New dishes to add to the Menu Freshly shucked oysters done Kilpatrick Crab meat with freshly picked home grown asparagus served with Japanese Soba noodles tossed in Creme Fraiche, definitely a fusion dish but very delicious. Don’t forget if you are looking for somewhere for a special or family lunch or dinner we would love to cook for you and of course we are fully licensed and offer both International & Australian wines to chose from. Ring Charmaine for further information... Cheers See more
