The development adjoins the neighbouring GEI II tower via a multi-storey skybridge, with construction works shifting to the tower containing a five-star hotel and residential apartments.

10.01.2022 The ASAA's Australian Stone Architectural Awards were presented in Sydney at designEX2014 with LAB Architecture Studio winning 'Best Export Project' for Eden Gardens in Beirut, Lebanon. The distinctive horizontal banding is comprised of Australian Port Fairy Bluestone (Basalt) and Chinese 'Snow White' colored Sandstone to form a varied and highly contrasting 'shimmer and vibration' across the facade.

09.01.2022 Located in the north-east city of Mashad, Iran, the vision for Mehr O Mah is centred upon a contemporary experience of the traditional Middle-eastern linear bazaar. Two partnered towers sit atop an elongated retail configuration punctuated by 7 unique atrium spaces which vertically connect retail areas, roof gardens and parking.

The site, in Jiaonan of the Shandong province has been inundated with water as a result of recent severe storms and can be seen pictured with the 15m excavated basement carpark almost fully submerged in water.

03.01.2022 LAB Architecture Studio is pleased to have been announced as the winner of the East Taihu Fashion Centre design competition for Wujiang, Suzhou, China. The contemporary lakeside Fashion Centre is comprised of dramatic folded and pleated geometries, linking the linear island to form buildings that open out to expansive views of Lake Tai and the surrounding landscape.
