10.01.2022 So many common and normal things that get mistaken for low supply. If you've got a baby that's filling their nappy as expected for age and growing well then you don't have low supply! And if you have concerns about any aspect of feeding there is lots of support available so reach out (Babies under 6 weeks of age have at least 2 poos a day and at least 5 heavy wet disposable nappies per day) #milksupply #lowmilksupply #clusterfeeding #frequentfeeding #shortfeeds #softbreasts #noleaking #letdown #letdownsensation #expressing #cantexpress #wetnappies #dirtynappies

06.01.2022 While breastfeeding, its best to loose the extra weight gradually,,using healthy eating principles and adding in some extra exercise.. A loss of up to about half a kilo per week is safe for breastfeeding mothers. Avoid crash diets as they don’t have a good balance of nutrients required for both you and your baby. #breastfeeding #lactation #breastmilk #breastfeedingbride #breastfeedingmama

04.01.2022 Kirsty’s inspirational story #breastfeeding #breastfeedingmama #bestmumever #whosupportyou It was so special to feed, just my time with my baby. I loved looking down into their eyes as they fed and cuddled and it allowed me to comfort them in a way that was just ours. Of course I couldn’t have done it without my husband’s support. The women in my life, particularly my mum and sister were also a great support but also my dad and father in law were a great support too. I fed my son until he was 18 months old and am still feeding my 7.5 month old daughter xoxo

02.01.2022 We can help with 'bad' and 'overwhelming' days.
