14.01.2022 The first Ladies Long Lunch event is set to be held on August 9th with only a limited amount of tickets available. The lunch menu is true of my personal cooking style, with good wholesome food that highlights fresh local produce in delectable dishes like; - Tian of Fraser Island Spanner crab... - Organic Ayton Farm Chicken and; - Eaton Mess Includes a 3 course menu, cheese and olive oil tasting, a special cocktail and numerous wine varieties. Guest speakers Rob McGavin co-owner of Cobram Estate Olive Oil, Jason Simpson of Fraser Isle Spanner Crab , Ben Garvey from The Humpybong Distilling Company and Karen Paynter from Woombye Cheese Company will educate and impress with their insight and knowledge of local produce.
