24.01.2022 We hope all our good friends and acquaintances out there aren’t losing their marbles with being isolated with their family’s or house mates. We’ve been fortunate over the last couple of weeks to have been working outside, thus keeping our social distances between ourselves and our great customers. 23.01.2022 Lachy and myself were driving back to Bendigo on the Midland Hwy when we came across this poor little fellow resting in the middle of the road! We stopped and made sure the little fella was in a safe spot off the road. It’s nice to see one of Australia’s great animals up close! Ah Lachy

23.01.2022 A few weeks ago the boys came across this very untidy and unsafe roof space! Well this week we finished off the lighting circuit rewire and gave the roof space a good clean out. 21.01.2022 We’ve just finished this generator install for our loyal customer Peter in Elphinstone. Peter was sick of losing power every second week! Which meant no water, no hotwater and no Airconditioning as well as other services. The new generator will start up within 30seconds of losing power and has up to 12 hours running time with out a refuel. Our whole crew participated in the install. 21.01.2022 We hope that all you good people out there are looking after yourselves, others and staying sane! Thought I’d keep this post a bit lighter! Kara would be the first one to tell that our young crew are conscientious and hard working young men and not best known for there knowledge of the English language! We’ve learned that there is about 6 different ways to spell weather! (As in weatherproof power outlets) But with this aside we think they’ll become great Sparkys!

20.01.2022 Busy week Myers Flat, Ascot, Kangaroo Flat and back into Bendigo Central to finish. Last job! Replace faulty neon tube transformer for Alan and Jeanie. Fault diagnosed by apprentice Buck and myself a week ago! Replacement transformer turned up today with a wiring tidy up at the same time ... Sam Buckell See more

16.01.2022 A recently completed rewire! Old wiring and inadequate circuit protection is the most common causes of house fires ! Note : Max ( our soccer loving apprentice )doing his best to hide from the camera !!

16.01.2022 It’s been a hectic few weeks for all of our young team! But it’s jobs like this one at Balgownie which really make the days enjoyable. We wired in an emergency evacuation system to alert glampers, wine connoisseurs and staff members of potential danger.

14.01.2022 A bit of handy work by our 1st year Apprentice Lachy Darroch. We installed a generator inlet and change over switch for our loyal customers in Sutton Grange. This should help over come the issues associated with regular power outages.

11.01.2022 A relatively easy job turned out to be a lot more complicated when a fault was found in our customers house mains! Looks like an excavator has pulled and damaged the conduit and mains cable when the installation of a water main occurred . A bit of hand digging for our apprentice Lachy.

11.01.2022 We’ve just completed a mains power upgrade at the Camp Hotel last week, which was well over due. The addition of Air-conditioning and cooking appliances can put a massive strain on your incoming supply cables, as can be seen by the condition of the old mains which we removed ( there is a bit of rodent damage also ).

05.01.2022 It’s been a busy few days for our guys working at Balgownie Estate. Balgownie are in the middle of a kitchen bar and dinning area refurb for a reopening when restrictions ease. It’s been hard for all of Bendigo’s hospitality businesses so please get out and support them when they open there doors Balgownie Estate Bendigo

04.01.2022 After completing the electrical for this customers renovations last year, we were invited back to install this restored piece of history. Not only does it suit the heritage of the house but it finishes off the entry nicely

03.01.2022 We quite often come across wiring which is not only dangerous to anyone who enters the space, but a fire risk. This customer was unaware of the dangerous state of the electrical wiring until Sam Hicks advised her. A rewire and an upgrade of circuit protection will rectify this issue and we’ll wire in a couple of smoke detectors at the same time.
