11.01.2022 A very exciting night for LAK Constructions with our Rochedale project taking out the HIA CSR Housing Award for the Custom Built Home $1.3 million to $2million category. The awards recognise quality workmanship and innovative design within the industry. We teamed up with Architect Stewart Smith to create this beautiful home for our client who had lived on and farmed this land over many years. Her new custom designed and built home has lovely earthy tones and features plenty ...of natural materials that reflect the land surrounding it.
