24.01.2022 Well what a fantastic long weekend at Nelson lots laughs ,lots of fish caught great friends,would like to welcome an new member Sam hope you enjoy your first camp and fishing with us . Next comp is at Glendenning in 2 weeks boy everything can get wood there.I will put results up tomorrow just a couple of photos from the weekend ps thanks to all for Saturday night tea and yum . Thank you Kimberley for presenting the winners with there vouchers. And we had a visit from Tyler ,Emma and Harvey this time last year we were on count down and now he is walking and so cute . shirl

24.01.2022 Well what a perfect weekend Xmas break up yes a visit from Santa and was picked in the Rally Car that was special. Then we celebrated the presidents 40th birthday food was awesome. Dallas and Glennis you did a great job there thank you magnificent night. Rob and Gaye thank you both your place so many fun times there we appreciate it .Some photos of Santa and Joslyn with little help made a grazing board for her dads party awesome job.

13.01.2022 PV - BGA UPDATE Two water samples were taken from Lake Bolac on Monday 8th February 2021, for Blue Green Algae testing. Results in from the laboratory show that... the total combined biovolumes of all cyanobacterial and toxic cyanobacteria species (listed separately) were: Sample 1: taken from the East Beach side gave a reading of 11.449 mm3 / L, with a total toxic count = 0.001 mm3/L Sample 2: taken from the South Beach boat ramp gave a reading of 11.590 mm3 / L, with a total of toxic count = 0.262 mm3/L The total combined cyanobacterial counts are still above 10 mm3/L safety trigger point for recreational waters. The total toxic counts are both below the safety trigger point of 4 mm3/L for recreational waters. The current combined algal levels are sufficient to impair water quality and may have the potential to cause skin irritations in sensitive individuals. Warning signage will remain in place at 13 locations around the Lake, until we have two consecutive readings below the safety trigger levels on all counts. At this time, the toilets located at South Beach will remain closed as a result of this.

07.01.2022 Well weekend over not long enough . After setting up Friday night it rained most of the night , we need the rain. Didnt stop our president and brother early start Saturday morning, and they did catch fish,myself and other members did fishing from the shore. They came home with their catch and Scott cooked up a snapper for all to try ,and thumbs up. Sunday off they go and 2 very keen little fishes. Reports in the little fishes catching fish,dad and uncle Scott could...nt get their rods in for quite awhile. So team Cameron Dallas,Scott,Joslyn and Ruby winners.And had another 2.little fishes went with mum and dad fishing off the jetty and Jack caught 4 Max 1 so winners . So Scott heavier fish snapper and Dallas heaviest bag , no photos of the girls dad and uncle to busy taking fish off and soon as line hit the water fish on, they did get to have a fish.
