24.01.2022 Public Holiday - Monday 5 October The gym and sports courts will be open from 9.00am to 2.00pm. There will be no group fitness classes or creche available. Happy long weekend!

24.01.2022 Tuesday night Aqua Fitness has returned at Toukley Aquatic with instructor Darren. Class is at 7pm and if you are a Gold member with us - Aqua Fitness at TAC is included in your membership! Aqua Fitness is brilliant at improving your cardio fitness, strength and lung capacity while being perfect for those managing bone or joint injuries or chronic illness (always seek medical advice before commencing).

23.01.2022 Junior basketball coaching is back this week every Monday and Thursday afternoon throughout Term 4. Incorporating learn to play, game skills, fun and fitness and is suitable for all levels and abilities. 6-12 years - 4.00pm to 5.15pm 12-16 years - 5.15pm to 6.30pm. Access to our fantastic sister facilities, Toukley Aquatic & Wyong Olympic Pool is included in all Gold memberships, as well as other great services such as discounted creche. 17.01.2022 Li'l Starz returns this week! Li'l Starz is our creative pre-schooler program which runs every Thursday morning throughout the school term. The program is included in creche entry and membership, so if your kids attend the creche on Thursdays it is completely free! Hope to see all our lovely children this week.
