25.01.2022 We had some lovely young campers that have no respect for our beautiful campgrounds leaving their rubbish behind even though we supply bins and free rubbish bags. These people don't realise that if things are left like this there will be no where left to camp as they will be closed down . Thanks to local resident Sean that helped clean up the site

20.01.2022 Hi everyone, Please remember the lakeside camping is still closed for camping. Lake is open for day trips.

19.01.2022 Hi Guys, please be aware that we have just been advise by DPAW TOTAL FIRE BAN has now been put in place as from today 8.11.19. This means no more camp fires, no Webbers ( unless gas) and only gas BBQ's are allowed until next year. Please abide by this rule as it is a heavy fine if you don't. Thank you for helping us keep you and us safe. Look forward to seeing you. x

18.01.2022 A little on the cold side this morning here at Lake Navarino but beautiful

18.01.2022 Hi Guys ,unfortunately due to people not following 1.5 separation rules and other covid requirements at the lakeside camping area over this last weekend the decision has been made to close the lakeside camp grounds to the public until further notice . Anybody found camping will be asked to leave immediately and if not compliant, the police will be called. The caravan park is still open and operating as per normal.

16.01.2022 Don't forget the Grapest wine run is on this Saturday at Drakesbrook Fine wines. If you are interested and still don't have your ticket get it today as prices go up tomorrow. Also please don't drink and drive we have a lovely bus driver who is willing to take you and bring you back to us, we just ask that you have $20.00 cash for the round trip. The bus will be outside our office at 12 lunch time and again at 12.30 to take you there. Then at 6.30 pm at Drakesbrook fine wine to bring you home. See you Saturday.

16.01.2022 Hi Guys, just letting you know that we are no longer running a Restaurant, however we will be running it as a café with meals. The new hours are: Monday - Saturday 8am - 5pm and Sunday 8am- 2pm. We are still available for functions.

15.01.2022 Hi Guys, Sadly we had some idiots come in on Saturday night around 9pm and decided to make havoc around the lake, hoon driving and disturbing our families that we welcome down at the lake. PLEASE when this happens can you call us, our numbers are on the map provided and we will contact the police and try and solve this problem straight away. We do not condone hoon or anti-social behaviour and this matter has now being dealt with by the police.

14.01.2022 Hi Guys IT IS OFFICIAL we are now open for caravans , camping and camper vans in both the caravan park and the lakeside camping area .NOTE : social distancing still applies along with boundary restrictions. Cabins , parkhomes and glamping tents are still not allowed. Bookings are not required for the lakeside camp area so call into the office and we can get you sorted with a map and camping permit .Bookings are required for the caravan park

09.01.2022 Hi Guys , Just an update on what is happening around the place . The fire ban has been extended until April 30. The Lake Navarino lakeside camping ground is now closed for all camping in line with Parks and wildlife procedures with other parks in the area as it is deemed that camping is not essential travel . There is a Police road block in Waroona that is turning around people for non essential travel . The caravan park is open to stranded travellers that are not able to get to their own region. We look forward to seeing you all again soon , stay safe.

06.01.2022 Hi Guys , Please note that under no circumstances are unregistered dirt bikes , quads or buggies allowed in the area all vehicles must be fully road registered. Any body that brings in unregistered vehicles will be asked to leave . Because this is a public area full road rules apply with in the camp area.

05.01.2022 Hi Guys , just an update on the rubbish situation as per our previous post, the people responsible for the condition that the campsite was left in have come forward, apologised and offered to spend a day cleaning up so hopefully every body has learnt a lesson from this that this is not acceptable. Thankyou to all those people that supported our point of view

04.01.2022 Hi Guys Please be aware that there is a Police road block coming in to Waroona asking you not to travel if not necessary. This means camping down by the lake is not recommended as per the Governments request to stay at home. Please abide by this and we will all stay healthy

04.01.2022 Hi Guys We had a lot of 4wheel drives this weekend and most were fantastic and respected the rules. Others, please remember that we are so lucky to have this area for 4wheel driving but this weekend we are sad to see the way the area was left with people really trashing the non tracks, destroying the environment and dumping rubbish and cars. We want to keep this area beautiful for all to use, sadly if this behavour continues this will be another area shut down. Lets work together.

02.01.2022 Just a reminder guys that there is no camping allowed around the lake

02.01.2022 Hi Guys , things are absolute crazy here at Lake Navarino , please bear with us . Due to having limited capacity and social distancing rules we have to close every second toilet and shower. Because of this we are not allowed to accept as many people as we normally would and this weekend is fully booked , suggest that you try for a future date. Sorry for any inconvenience , we are trying our best to accommodate everybody where we can but these are trying times for all of us . ...12 12 1 Comment Like Comment Comments Staff Lake Just as an update - the lakeside camping area is going to extremely full this weekend so might be better to make it another weekend if you were thinking of coming down

01.01.2022 Last weekend we had Troopcarriers Australia staying down by the lake. As always lovely group of people who always leave the camp site clean. Thank you and hope to see you again. They are fantastic with raising money for a good cause "Black dog Institute" mens mental health.
