But then I stopped and thought that it would be great fun and learning opportunity for the children to do it together. 16.01.2022 Healthy food for children? Easy! I love cooking one pot meals. This one we call Mexican rice, but I usually put various vegetables, depending on the season. Last week there were the following ingredients there: garlic, onion, carrots, capsicum, egg plant, green beens, mung beans (cooked separately in advance and added later), tomatoes, beef mince, white rice (or black rice for healthier option), Parmesan cheese.
