25.01.2022 It is with much sadness that we announce the passing of our past Secretary and Treasurer Rosa Stewart. Rosa was the backbone of our organisation for many years, she retired her job as Treasurer about 10 years ago but was still available for her wise advice until the time she went into care just over a year ago. Rosa will be missed by us all. We send our sincere condolences to her family. RIP Rosa. 14/10/1928 - 13/05/2020

24.01.2022 ************THANK YOU LANG LANG******************** Now that I have recovered (well almost) I just want to say what a fantastic day it was on Saturday. Due in a big part to the weather, it could not have been better. But MOSTLY due to all the hardworking people who came along before, during and after the show and worked so hard to make it all come together. Without all of you wonderful volunteers the Lang Lang Show could not happen. THANK YOU to you all. What a great day, es...pecially with the addition of the new Sheep Section and the miniature goat display, thanks to Lucy Cook and Kate Grossek. An unexpected consequence of the Sheep show was more entires in the poultry which had heaps of entries, thanks Leah and Danny Dyall. We had a good turn up of Beef Cattle and the competition was fierce, thank you Paul and Noelene Phillips. The horse section was especially well attended and every ring was packed with quality horses. Thanks to our ringmaster Alan Light and Assistant ringmaster Lee Kirby. The dog section had over 600 entries and, as always, was very well run by Helen & Richard Crago, thanks! Does anyone see a theme here? Husband and wife teams working together, what a wonderful thing! Finally, the pavilion! It was well attended and well run by Liz Wilson. Thanks Liz! Also in the pavilion was the Bubble Muffin Kids Cooking Club and I heard lots of terrific things about it from the kids and parents. There was the free art activity from the wonderful Bob & Marion Greaves, they were so busy they ran out of cardboard!! Thank you so much Bob & Marion who come along and donate their time and materials, year after year, to provide a free activity for the kids. Also a HUGE thank you, also to all the sponsors! And thanks to all the volunteers who judge, steward, park cars, the gate people, and a very big thank you to all the competitors, without you we wouldn't have a show. Finally thanks to the people of Lang Lang who support their local show. See more
24.01.2022 Congratulations Janie Stace from Barn Buddies who entertains the kids at the Lang Lang Show.

23.01.2022 Well, another Lang Lang Show done ( but not quite dusted, there's still a clean up and paperwork to do). We couldn't have ordered better weather, it was just superb. The showgrounds buzzed with horses, sheep, dogs, cattle, poultry, miniature goats and of course people. I feel exhausted and exhilarated all at the same time and breathing a huge sigh of relief that all that hard work paid off, again! This was my 14th show as Secretary and what a learning curve it's been. I sur...prise myself every year with how well it all turns out despite worrying myself sick that I've forgotten something! Thanks to so many people for all they do especially Karen Brown and Michelle Gorton and most importantly my husband who helped all day today and worked his ring off the past couple of weeks making the grounds look amazing! Thank you sweetheart. Now, I'm going to change my clothes, sit in the recliner and probably fall asleep. See more

19.01.2022 I would like to thank all the wonderful volunteers who helped at the Lang Lang Show today. The people who worked tirelessly in the heat ( and the rain) to get the grounds ready. The judges, stewards, catering, gate people, parking attendants and so many more. I would especially like to acknowledge and thank the people who responded to my pleas for horse stewards on this page. They contacted me , came to a training session and all turned up today, with no or little prior experience and did such an amazing job. Thanks so much guys, we do appreciate your time and effort today. We really hope you will all be back next year.

12.01.2022 The LLPAH Is delighted to be one of the few Agricultural Societies to push bravely on with a live show regardless of the COVID restrictions. We are sad however that we cannot invite the public to take part. This year the Lang Lang show is a Spectator Free zone and no that doesn’t mean spectators can enter FREE.it means you can’t come at all. We will however place updates on the Lang Lang Show facebook page. So, head over to see some photos of our amazing exhibits in the Horse, Cattle, Sheep, Poultry, and an enormous Dog section. Our new committee is already planning for a bigger and better show in 2022.
