22.01.2022 I’ve been a professional spray tanner for a longgggg time and one of my first questions is always, ‘Have you exfoliated and what did you use?’. I mean yeah I formulated it, but I have a collection of masks because I love a bit of #selfcare and our all in one face treatment has become my go to. 01.01.2022 Self care is so important. Like duh, indulging in self care has been the tagline for iso. But it has such broader and far reaching impact than just you. It allows the people around you see that taking the time to stop and allow yourself to make your health and well being a priority is ok. That’s important. For me, with a pre pub 12 year old, it’s a really sacred ritual. It teaches him to look after his skin and allows us a really cute one on one bonding time when he asks me what it does and giggles because the mask brush tickles He’ll be too cool to let me do it soon and then I’ll ugly cry and have to formulate a soothing face mist for my puffy eyes
