Unfortunately I do not have time to take phone calls or return phone calls. All new clients must use the online booking system to book their first appointment. ... No shows, last minute cancellations/rescheduling, and cancellations/rescheduling within 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the appointment value. Unfortunately I’m no longer able to be lenient as it is a huge disadvantage to Lash and Beauty Studio Mackay and to any other client who may have liked that appointment. Please arrive at your appointment with no make up/eye make up, mascara and with clean natural lashes. You may be charged extra if I need to remove any type of eye make up. Please do not use waterproof mascara in the days leading up to your appointment. Prices are based on high quality products used, training, experience and time taken to perfect your set. Refill prices are based on my work only and are not priced to refill another salons work. I will not fill another lash techs work. A removal and full set will be required. We have zero control over your lash cycles but we do have control over how often we fill them to keep them looking full ... Here’s a repost from LashBox Los Angeles It is full swing into spring lash shedding season and at this time of year, we, along with our clients, all need a little extra help to not lose our minds. If your client's lashes seem to be dropping like so many cherry blossom petals, it's not your fault! Just like all other mammals, humans shed hair more at certain times of the year, specifically with the change of seasons. At this time, you can see as many as 50% of their lashes drop right off in a matter of a week or less. This can be very alarming, because nobody wants to see their beloved lash extensions fall off that quickly, so educating your clients about why this is happening is key to keeping their faith in you. Now we wouldn’t skip a day of brushing our teeth, so why would lash cleansing be any different? Wearing lash extensions makes it even more prevalent for bacteria growth so it is your job as a client to wash your lashes and lash line thoroughly everyday as well as your cleansing brush frequently with an...tibacterial soap! Just like how you should brush your teeth for 2 minutes, the same concept applies to lashes- wash with enough cleanser for about 20 seconds on each eye! 06.01.2022 Stage 5 clinger Pro Tip Ever wonder why we highly recommend lash fills every 2-3 weeks??? Even if you think your lashes are doing just fine and still looking full? This is a prime example!! 3 weeks growth on this little guy! The fan needs to be removed and replaced with a fresh new fluffy fan and it needs to be placed at the base of the natural lash. This prevents the natural lash from any damage caused by the fan hanging on the the end and over weighing the natural... lash. Also... if this fan isn’t removed, it can become very annoying and irritating... twisting and flapping in the wind, not sitting flush with the rest of the fans and looking out of place. If your lashes grow this fast.... it’s great! They are healthy, strong and beautiful... but they need some love more often Make sure you book your regular fills with your lash artist.... your lashes will love you for it.
