17.01.2022 *** IMPORTANT*** Just a notice, if you fail to show up for your appointment 3 times. I will no longer provide my service to you. This is upsetting to other clients who could have had this time slot and for myself as this results in a loss of time/income. For those who know me, I am a very patient and understanding person, it takes a lot for me to crack. It is quite disheartening when people make bookings and don’t show up.... Unfortunately I am unable to book appointments after 8:00pm due to being home based and have children to cater to. My usual time slots are 9:30am, 12:30pm, 3:30pm and 6:00pm. The time slots allocated are not just for the application of lashes but to also allow for cleansing of your lashes, consultations, toilet use, photos, rebooking and the sanitisation of working space/tools. Please have the courtesy of giving 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your booked appointment or your deposit will be forfeited. Future no shows will result in being black listed and services will not be provided. Thank you to all my clients who show up on time and reschedule when needed..
