24.01.2022 Now that restrictions are back lets do few things so we can all stay safe 1. Face masks are a must for all , client, artist ... Provide or make sure to let your clients know to have a mask 2. I always get my clients to wash their hands once they enter the salon. I also always have hand sanitiser in the waiting area and at every station. Sanitise before you work on client, after you walk away , after sneezing as well 3. Glen 20 is wonderful as it can get rid of 99% of germs. Spray all over the bed once you are done with your client 4. Change your disposable bed sheet so it is nice, clean and fresh for next client These precautions will make your clients feel safer but you will also show them you are responsible and caring

20.01.2022 It is so often I hear people say " lashing is easy" Students who start always think that as well. ... We see the artists/technicians sitting peacefully and only moving their hands They dont move from their chair so must be very comfortable and easy to do. Not just that the extensions are so so light so how hard is that ??? Well let me tell you that out of 10 students , 10 will realize how hard this skill is hard to learn. But as a teacher/coach I am not easy. People will tell you i can be a Biatch but why am I like that ??? Why??? Well I see all my students as children. Children needs discipline, routine and rules. If you let your child do what he/she wana do, well I will wish you good luck. Good children always need structures Why all this ??? Because I want my students to succeed Has any celebrity, athletic or successful person got there without a tough coach/mentor/manager ???? Being tough doesn't mean they dont care, it might mean they want to push you to your success

13.01.2022 I have always wanted to learn self defence but never got to it. Then I thought about my son Dustin growing up and all the bullying happening these days. So I thought " why dont we start to learn to build up our self esteem and also have quality time together? Something we could remember but also learn few moves " ... So I contacted Joe at @phoenix_fitness_combat to see if he could train us. Well to my surprise, Dustin loves it and even though I am rusted , its a dream come true. Might take long but at least I made the step to start. This is something i will suck at first though thats how we all start. Have you ever had a dream and never got to it ?? 12.01.2022 We have been a historical event this year that will be marked in every book What have I learned from 2020 is we cannot stop what is happening around us. In any situation, we will not be able to control the situation though we can control what we are doing for ourselves. ... You cannot control the weather but you can still dance in the storm When I lash, I will not be able to do great work if I am stressed At the shop, I was always so busy running from one place to another and dealing with customers I didn't realized I was living day after day with the work work work mentality Since I have moved back home, I am so relaxed and have been doing better art I am away from the commercial and the world in my bubble It has made me happier and I am enjoying life more This is what is working from home is meant to be. Having the freedom to work when you would like To be able to enjoy your family, children and loved ones more In conclusion, worry less and enjoy life more as every second you live passed will not come back This is the beauty of working from home and you can achieve that too

05.01.2022 One of the key to success is to have goals... You need to set goals that motivate you. If you have a dream then make it a goal Write your goals down. Get a beautiful note book or even write them on a board. Have them somewhere you can see them everyday ( mirror, fridge door , computer screen, toilet wall etc ) Make a plan for those goals. Have a step by step so you can see the journey Give yourself a time limit to achieve your dream or each step Mine for this week is to finish a course I enrolled awhile ago Plan Every day one chapter Will give my son of 10 yr old calculus math questions and lock him in his room for an hour everyday What is your goal to progress???

04.01.2022 Today I was looking at a white feather. Feathers are powerful symbol of hope and spiritual growth. A feather is communication from the higher heavenly realms. Birds are free to fly and they represent freedom, and birds are extremely spiritual animals. They fly and glide peacefully in the sky. Humans dream of flying, being free to spread our wings and feel the wind in our face and the freedom of being weightless. Most of all flying represents being free.... A feather symbolises so many things to me Softness, weightless , angels , purity , sky , hope , wish and freedom.... This is how I feel about lashing. The lash extensions on are so light but when we touch them, it is as soft as a feather. And working from home gives me the freedom to work when it pleases me.
