25.01.2022 Hey guys, in less than 24hrs nearly 80 Msgs, not to mention emails.. I am blessed to have such awesome support, you all rock.... But Im going to ask a favor.. I'm tied up at home and under the pump to finish off a very important project which you'll all learn of soon.. In the meantime I'm going to go silent for just a little longer. 22.01.2022 Hi guys, regarding gift vouchers again.. If you tried to use it just before March and made contact but couldnt get in, the answer is yes, i will refund it, and I'll sort that asap when I get a chance to negotiate the emails unanswered prior to covid and after. I'm not trying to ignore these requests or comments Im currently just operating with blinkers on feverishly to finish the new build and deal with the transition as quickly as possible. 19.01.2022 Sorry guys, once again I have to close... My apologies to all that over the last few weeks I finally rescheduled, and to those still waiting. The fire was stoked and the brake was ready to come off! "Nek Minut" So same as b4. Just have to wait. With the back log of everyone waiting, unfortunately I will not be able to accommodate anyone’s further interest. If you're keen and are still interested, I have no idea or clue as to how to predict bookings. My advise, stay tuned, I wont be able to answer emails or txts till I service those already waiting. 18.01.2022 Hey guys. So Im officially going to make a return to the shop next week. At this stage it will be in a 3 day capacity. Please understand I have to firstly attempt to place all that were previously booked or waiting and cancelled prior to Covid back into the diary. Next will be those that touched base shortly there after by txt and email. There is a big backlog of requests to get in, and as I am only 2 hands will have a bit of time to sort out the logistics of placing everyon...e back in. Officially whilst Im starting back up, it will still remain to be by appointment only, as the shop door will be locked and only the booked client will be in the shop to avoid any Covid dramas, so there will be no walk ins..Please be patient for a little while as I attempt to negotiate my way through this. 14.01.2022 Hey everyone. So during the covid absence I was forced to make some well overdue business and life changes. I decided after much deliberation to close Last Frontier in Upwey for good.. Upwey has served me well since I opened back in 2007, a lot of great memories and awesome people have blessed the shop along the way, all of which I'm extremely grateful for. But for very personal reasons Im closing and taking it home here to Cockatoo. ... The new shop at my home property will remain to have the same charm as before but its currently still under construction. Its been a long process and a huge effort as its a ground up build. Im not yet finished, and am fast running out of time to complete it within the set deadline I hope to be done by March next year as well as strip out the Upwey shop, not a small exercise. Hopefully this explains why Ive been a bit allusive of late, very hard to contact or get a reply from, for this I apologize. Im busting my butt to finish so that I can continue again asap. Unfortunately I'm not taking any bookings or conducting any business until i finish, but when I know or can see and end date in finishing my new shop I will let it be known and begin bookings again. So please be patient and if you're still keen to remain a client of mine, it would be great to have your future support. However, I am scaling down somewhat to only one or two appointment only clients a day with a minimum sitting time. I'll go further into detail closer to opening.. 11.01.2022 Hey guys. Thanks for all staying by our side through these last months while the shop has been shut down due to government regulations. So just to let you all know Im most likely going to re-open in about a fortnights time. I'm currently bogged down with work at home, so please excuse my delay in responding to those that are trying to call and txt trying to book in. I will post very shortly when I'm officially back, and start taking bookings then, but there will be a little more radio silence while I finish what I've began at home. Like the old days of Mountains to Sea we will be meeting in Main St Upwey to ride to the service. If possible we would like to see you on your choppers and bobbers or in your hotrods, trucks or vans. You know the drill if your in or on something modern your more than welcome but please understand stay at the back and to follow us to the service, the idea is a salute to Jamin’s love of all things old. 06.01.2022 Answer to a frequently asked Gift voucher question. Each gift voucher is valid for 12 months. If the gift voucher you have was still valid into march this year 2020 when I shut due to covid then it will be still honored. If I open for example in March 2021 then they will begin again from that date.
