17.01.2022 LFL Room - We are flying towards the end of Term 4, but there is certainly no slowing down in the LFL program! We are still out and about volunteering at various worksites including the Don Railway, we are completing extra transition programs for our Grade 10 students and welcoming Grade 6 students. We are also busily preparing for some wonderful upcoming events: we will have a stall at the Rotary Car Boot Sale on Sunday 6 December and have been lucky enough to be given Banjos Latrobe as our Christmas window to decorate in the Lions Club Christmas trail. We are so grateful to be given all the opportunities to link with our local community, and thankful for all the support our program receives.

17.01.2022 SPEAK UP AND STAY CHATTY Today, we finished off our Havin a Chat week with students wearing a hint of blue as a commitment to keep the conversations happening after this week has past. A sausage sizzle was also held at lunch as another opportunity for students to come together and connect. Thanks to everyone for an awesome week!!!

16.01.2022 A big thank you to the members of the Latrobe Rotary Club; Peter Broun, Roger Richardson, Tony Trilling, Dr Evelyn Funk, John Hibbins, Jan Hibbins, Frans Ammerlaan, David Crampton, Kirsty Broun, Vanessa Dane and Richard Thomas for volunteering their time to make our grade 10 Mock interviews a great success. The students took away valuable advice and guidance that will assist them when applying for jobs in the future and also skills needed to be successful in their chosen career pathway.
