19.01.2022 Over time we change. At certain junctions we need to make decisions about our direction. Every single minute of every day we need to make decisions about where to focus our attention and effort. Going on auto-pilot is great if the direction, effort and focus have been pre-planned well, and continue to resonate. There will come a time when that pre-planned decision needs to be upgraded. How will you know when that time is? You could be unhappy, unfulfilled, uncertain, suddenl...y sick or stopped in your tracks, regularly frustrated or thwarted. Someone may be letting you down, may have died, or you come to realise that you are worth more now. Discovering where to next is more and more common as things change so rapidly around us. If you are looking to make a break, formulate a plan, action the strategy and gain confidence in your new direction, reach out for help. Two minds are generally better than one and with a collaborator blind spots are more easily identified.

14.01.2022 The closer you get to your goal, the more you will be distracted. This distraction wants to kill, steal, and destroy your happiness. Remember this- A horse wears blinders during a race so they cannot see what's going on around them. It keeps them focused and undistracted.... If you are too busy comparing yourself to other people, maybe even feeling jealous or envious, then it's time to put your blinders back on. Comparison will only slow you down and steal your joy. Goals are individual, not universal. Just because someone can climb those ranks faster, recruit more people, or have more followers than you, doesn't mean that your effort isn't valid. So work hard for YOU and your own goals. Keep your blinders on. Progress will come. Someone else's success is not your failure, so pull yourself together and keep those blinders on!! You CAN and you WILL succeed.

13.01.2022 Self Care How are you filling your cup today? I slept in, went for a jog, had a nutrient packed brunch, did meditation and journalling. My cup is full to overflowing. Now I'm sitting down to do some study and prepare some valuable content for my coaching clients to help them with starting their own online business. I'm at my best when I've rested and nourished myself spiritually, physically, emotionally and practically. Things seem to flow and I have less resistance to enjoy...ing life as it is in the now - even if it is not how I believe it "should or could" be, more gratitude for the abundance that surrounds me, and more capacity to be of service to those around me. 12.01.2022 Mindset Monday Do you have an inner critic that's a bit of a bitch? You know, she compares you to others, tells you that you are not good enough, punishes you if you eat a "bad" food, or miss a workout? What about this week you start to try and shut the door on her? Whenever she pops her head in for a chat, quietly imagine yourself shutting the door in her face and saying "sorry I'm not interested" ...... Then find a positive statement that you can repeat to yourself. It doesn't need to be long .. it can be as simple ( and as powerful ) as " I am good enough " ... repeat this to yourself at least 3 times. In front of the mirror or your reflection if you can! Let's all try to shut the door on our inner critic this week

Its definitely a scary time for many with so much uncertainty I want you to know that youre not alone and I care about YOU. Many of you are worried about missing time from work, not being able to pay bills, wondering about the long term affects on our families or maybe your hours have been cut, or worse youve lost your job or business.... I want to sprinkle some love and encouragement youre not alone SO please dont give up!! You can make money working from home. YEP, thats right. Yes like any business there is hard work behind the scenes , consistent effort, frustrations, problems to be solved, but I do think we have more fun along the way than most business. And we end up with something that is truly our own creation, no one tells us what we can and can not do No restrictions we can be as big as we like, we can build fast or slow, it is all up to us. We get paid what we are worth and we get to decide what that is . And once we have built our business it continues to pay us on our efforts, no one says you are redundant now .
