25.01.2022 Ladies and gentlemen, I have a very important news announcement! Cannonball! Also, this Friday 7th February at 6.30am I will be running a free group training session!! To be held at queens park rotunda, (Ammos top oval). All fitness levels welcome, it will be fun as well as challenging. Please like and share this as I would like as many there as possible. Kick start the weekend guilt free!!
