24.01.2022 WELCOME TO STORYTIME At the moment it’s a bit hard to gather together to hear a story being read like we might normally do in the library. So we are bringing story time to you. Some of our wonderful Launceston Grammar teachers will be reading their favourite picture books over the next few weeks, and our first one goes live this afternoon. Simply visit http://launcestonlearning.com.au/storytime/ to sign up for free access.

23.01.2022 The world has changed significantly since the last Launceston Learning Festival! We are hoping to hold another Festival in the near future, but we have had to put all our planning on hold for the moment. In the meantime, we have moved a lot of our ideas online. We are gathering plenty of content to keep you engaged during these holidays and beyond, and we will be introducing much more content for the community as time goes on. You can check it out right now at www.launcestonl...earning.com.au We have decided to rebadge this page as Launceston Learning to reflect this shift. Rest assured, when the Launceston Learning Festival is up and running again, all the details will still be shared here, as well as plenty of other content that will encourage you to be curious, creative, compassionate and courageous. Stay safe!

22.01.2022 This coming Tuesday we will be celebrating the Launceston Learning Festival at our Senior Campus. Here is one of the activities for your children to do. MINDFUL MOVEMENT Young learners will be inspired to think outside the box and ‘drop down into their body’ through a variety of breathing and movement activities which are both fun and informative. Led by Ingrid Reynolds, the Launceston Grammar teacher has worked in a range of roles within Tasmania including with Streets Alive, Remade and Junction Arts Festival. For details and to book your child’s Mindful Movement session on Tuesday 29 September: http://launcestonlearningfestival.com.au//mindful-movement/
