16.01.2022 For the past week we've been building a Kolossal Kaleidoscope in the Foyer of Tower 3 Barangaroo. And we've finally completed the beast! Scroll through for the... making of and grand finale of kaleidoscope activation featuring milk crate, high viz and yellow fence! The artwork is on public display until March 2nd. And we will be offering DIY kaleidoscope workshops 18-20th February (RSVP link in comments). 03.01.2022 The DIY kaleidoscope prototypes continue... I'm designing a few different types so there will be a choice during the workshop and you can experience the mathematics behind the optical effects. This is a tapered scope so it creates the illusion of a floating sphere.
