23.01.2022 Vegan Chocolate and Biscoff brownie // Now as someone who is lactose intolerant these are if you haven’t tried biscoff what are you doing. It’s seriously amazing. Life changing really. These are the perfect texture and just melt in your mouth.

14.01.2022 American Style Sugar Cookies // These babies are something I used to see all the time in YouTube videos of people grocery shopping. I’d see them bite into them and be like wow I want to try it. So now I have and they are so so amazing. Soft buttery sugar cookie with an American buttercream on top. These were definitely the favourite from my taste testers

14.01.2022 Hello! Long time no see. Thought I should pop on to talk about why I’ve been absent from posting and being active. After the show came out I went through what every young person goes through thinking what do I want to do with my life, is this the right path? So I’ve taken a little break from taking orders and being active on this account. I got a new job and just focused on myself. Just before Christmas my uncle sadly passed away so my family had to be there for each other. A...s the new year rolled around I spent it with my friends and just enjoyed being with them and my family. I want to try something new and I think that’s the markets. I’ll be looking deeper into that and letting you guys know what I find and where I’ll be. To all of you that have orders coming up in the next year don’t fear I still love doing cakes and I’ll still be doing them! Feel like I’ve wanted to write this for so long but didn’t have the words, but finally I’m getting back into it! Thank you so much to everyone and a happy belated Christmas and New Year See more

12.01.2022 Wow. So it’s taken me a while to post anything about the end of my Bake Off journey. It was what was best for me to leave at the time I did, I needed to get on top of my health before anything bad happened. Bake off was an amazing experience and taught me so much about myself and how much I love baking. I’ve met 11 amazing people that I will have a bond with for life, I’ll always remember the times we had on set or on the bus. They were long days but wow did it pay off. Everyone involved in bake off is amazing and treat you like family. I love you all so much thank you for taking this journey with me.
