19.01.2022 An appreciation post!! Last week after 2 short notice cancellations that didnt fill, feeling a tad grumpy and stressed at that, my two remaining clients came in for their treatments using skills I'd learnt last year but not fully utilised as stand alone treatments - Decongestive Lymphatic Drainage and TMJ work (jaw release work). The relief on their faces, smiles (and subsequent positive feedback) just made my afternoon awesome and reinforced why I love to do what I do and continually learn. So very lucky!!

17.01.2022 Part of our committment to our profession and relevant Massage Associations is ongoing education. Not only does this help you upskill, it keeps you up to date with new research or new techniques developed by some truly amazing therapists. 2020 made obtaining CEU's a little more difficult than other years, but not impossible!! This week, with thanks to mentor Subhadra Gerrard and a fantastic client willing to give up their time, we covered further techniques on lower back and gluteal work, which is always implemented straight away. I love my work and learning helps me improve technique to assist clients with those aching bodies and improve longevity in my chosen occupation!!
