21.01.2022 ***IMPORTANT CANCELLATION POLICY*** Unfortunately due to no shows and last minute cancellations we have no choice but to implement a cancellation policy. We require 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your appointment. If this notice is not given you will be required to pay for your missed treatments;... Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations within 8 hours or a no show will incur a 100% charge. We completely understand that sometimes life happens but if we can please ask where you can to allow us this. Not only is it unfair to us but its unfair to other clients that have missed out on getting an appointment, canceling last minute doesnt give us enough time to notify the clients on the waiting list therefore everyone misses out. As a small business doing our best to ensure our amazing clients are looked after and cared for to the best of our ability, we ask for your care for our time and efforts also. Tinting doesnt have to be harsh, we can make it as subtle or harsh as you wish. Its a great way to even out the brows, define the shape and pick up those fine hairs to create a fuller look

We hope its not for too long and we will miss you all so much! Such a heavy heart for all thats going on right now in the world and our thoughts go out to everyone during this time. 03.01.2022 Hello to all our beautiful clients, Tomorrow we get to re-open our doors after almost two months of being closed. We are looking forward to seeing you all! Please take time to read through this post prior to your appointment. What has been put in place in the studio for all our safety;... * completed the QLD government COVID safe checklist and is signed and on display for you to see * Rebecca and myself have completed COVID-19 infection control training online (see pics attached) * We will wear gloves where possible, hand washing and sanitising in between all clients. You may wear your own mask also if you feel comfortable to do so * hand sanitiser provided as you enter our studio which you must use * Front door kept open at all times to avoid everyone touching * frequent cleaning and sanitising of all frequently touched surfaces will be performed in between each and every client * The studio has had an overhaul so it will look a little different and bare when you arrive. We have had to remove all soft blankets, towels, cushions, retail off shelves and away in drawers (but we do still stock everything so please ask if you wish to purchase), plastic cover over beauty bed for easy sanitise in between each client Clients must; * please reschedule if unwell (even if symptoms are minor) * travelled in the last two weeks * use hand sanitiser when entering/exiting the studio (we have provided this for you) * please come alone - do not bring a friend, family member, child or pet * please use tap and go payment where possible * please try remember to use your bathroom at home before attending to avoid using our facilities The QLD government has given businesses the right to refuse service if anyone is unwell or presents with COVID19 symptoms or any unwell symptoms. They instruct us to insist that anyone showing symptoms must leave the premises immediately.
