11.01.2022 2020 Annual Teddy Bears Picnic- The Laverton Community Resource Centre hosted the 8th annual Teddy Bears Picnic on Wednesday 12 August as part of our early Literacy Better Beginnings program. Lots of fun was had by all who attended through face painting, rhymes, stories and even decorating our very own teddy bear biscuits! We want to thank - Laverton School, for bringing all of our graduated story and rhyme time attendees along and dancing, singing and decorating with us! Goldfields Granny Smith Gold Mine for assisting throughout the day and for sponsoring our Teddy bears this year, Laverton Police for attending and being our guest readers for the day and lastly - thank you to everyone that came along, we hope you had just as much fun as we did!
