Our self awareness is poor, distraction occurs hourly (if not more). But what if we allowed ourselves to be bored? This article left me pondering. We know our friends and colleagues sometimes better than they know themselves A caring question, a supportive smile, active listening. All this can make a big difference. We are a big world, with big problems. It is ok to talk about mental health and strategies to take steps to overcome, not having 'game on' face every moment of everyday and being aware of the negative influence social media has on our lives (consumerism, comparison and fakeness). Ask questions in situations when you think the answer to this question may be No, but also trust that it is ok to say No yourself when things aren't ok. Please let's support each other #ruokday
