13.01.2022 Privacy screens are up! Tomorrow it’s stained timber garden bed walls and soil ready for the established plants and turf at this new beachside home.

12.01.2022 First lawn renovation for the season. This zoysia lawn will look mint in a couple of weeks. 12 lawn catches of thatch removed from a small lawn no bigger than 40 sqm. Liquid and granular fertiliser applied as well as some wetting agent and finished off with washed sand.

12.01.2022 Another garden makeover ready for new tenants to move in. Much less maintenance now which is perfect for an investment property.

03.01.2022 Some before and after pics on a job completed today. Pavers and decorative gravel and now it’s looking mint...

03.01.2022 STEP 1 - Lawn scalped. 28 catcher loads of thatch removed. I’ll give it another quick mow tomorrow just for good measure. STEP 2 - Tomorrow I’ll be applying some liquid wetting agent for improved moisture retention, a mix of fast release high nitrogen and slow release balanced granulated fertiliser. STEP 3 - Apply a fine layer of washed plasterers sand followed by a good deep watering.
