18.01.2022 We have now have beef ready to go at $8.50 per kg of Carcase weight. Will be available in quarters/sides/full beasts. Cut up lists are available on request. Sides are aimed to be around 100kg.

17.01.2022 Due to a change of circumstance we have a quarter of beef which will be cut as per your selections and ready to go at the end of next week. Beef is yet to be weighed but expected cost to be around $425.00

09.01.2022 In what is possibly the last month that we will have lamb on offer for, there is a limited number of lambs available. They will come cut up and bagged as neck, forequarter and loin chops, belly flaps, shanks and rear leg roasts - halved. Lambs are $240. Added bonus buy 2 and get get $10.00 off per lamb, so grab a friend or family member and go halves in a great deal. In other great news the newest lambs have just hit the ground... only 4-5 months till new season lambs!!!

09.01.2022 It’s with great excitement that we announce the opening of our first orders for 2019. For the first month we only have lambs and pork sausages available and over the next couple of months we should begin to have beef ready go. Lambs prices have gone up since 2018 due to changes in kill costs. ... Lambs 20-25kg killed/cut up/bagged $180 Pork sausages thin only herb/plain $9.00/kg Gluten free available depending on orders. 04.01.2022 Place your orders now ready for an Australia Day Lamb Chop on the BBQ. Lambs will weigh 25kg and above carcass weight and will be cut as loin chops, forequarter chops, shanks, belly flaps, rear leg roasts and neck chops. There are other cut options available if these don’t suit. Lambs will be $190 each. Order cut off is 10th January 2020, limited number available. Next lamb orders to follow will be end of March.

03.01.2022 With our Christmas Hams to be ready at the end of this week just in time for ham on toast Christmas morning we have done some final checks to the list and we have two back leg hams unallocated for. These can be brought whole or cut in half. I’m unsure of the weights as yet but they are sold for $14/kg and I’d expect that they would weight around 9kg.
