18.01.2022 Covid-19 and the restrictions in place to help contain and manage the virus are impacting people in so many ways. Just wanted to let everyone know that I am still available for sessions for current, past, and new clients. We are just having to utilize Telehealth options so I can do sessions by video or phone. Medicare for Mental Health Care Plans, Private Health Funds, Insurance Companies, DVA, and Workcover are all approving Telehealth options, which is great. We are all g...oing through a time of constant change and uncertainty so understandable that there will be an increase in our anxiety levels and adjusting to these changes and restrictions will be hard. So if you are struggling at the moment, or need strategies to cope and adapt, please be in touch with myself or one of the organizations like Beyond Blue for support.
