17.01.2022 It's been a big year for Brendan and the team behind Leading Edge Advisory. In 2019, we've managed operational readiness planning activities and led a complex supply chain study for a client developing a battery minerals processing facility in remote NSW. We also supported an improvement diagnostic that identified and prioritised a program of operational debottlenecking improvements for an iron ore miner in WA's Pilbara region. We have also continued to develop our partnershi...ps with a network of independent consultants and industry SMEs to build our bench strength and delivery targeted and impactful results for our clients in the mining industry. Our work has taken us to various parts of Australia; from port operations in NSW to rail operations in the Pilbara. We love spending time on the ground and being out in the field to uncovering how things 'really' work is just part of our approach.
