12.01.2022 In order to navigate through the financial implications of the Corona virus, one needs to return to 2007 when the global financial crises began. At that time, the "debt crises" ironically was resolved by increasing debt in the world via Central Banks printing money and reducing interest rates. This created more certainty and stability which led to more confidence for business and investing to continue. However, is it a false sense of security if lower interest rates have crea...ted more debt in the world?. Given the huge stimulus again with the advent of the corona virus, how will the future shape up for global economies ? Will there be a dislocation of capital again and huge disparities created between the "haves and have nots" ?.
