Our cold drip coffee is made using Leaf Caf & C...os very own single origin coffee specially selected each week. This weeks single origin beans are from Papua New Guinea, Colbran Estate. The beans are ground fresh in the morning, the full flavour of the coffee is then extracted over an 8 hour period with quality mineral water using each cafs in house cold drip setup.
