Ensure to keep that tension on those abs throughout movement Heel touches: engage core, look toward knees, chin down, engage side to side, reaching toward heels! 2 sets of each... First set: 40 work 20 rest Second set: 45 work 15 rest This ab combo really burns if you do it correctly! 05.01.2022 Beautiful back day! Bent over barbell row: back nice and straight, hips hinged! Neck relaxed. Letting your arms drop all the way down and squeezing at the top! Nice and controlled; don’t rush it! Deadlift: Back nice and flat, hinging with those hips, starting that movement through that hinge, and then slowly move the barbell down those legs throughout that hip hinge, hitting the bottom only a slight knee bend!
