24.01.2022 Some pics of the outdoor area we are working on downstairs from our 2 bedroom apartment. Still a work in progress but a huge improvement on what it replaced.

17.01.2022 Finally! I have some decent pics of our almost completed upstairs apartment. Thanks to my very clever (even if sometimes not overly motivated) husband Ian who has completed most of the work on his own - with some invaluable help from bro-in-law Peter Wallace and of course a huge contribution from the Master Tiler Mr Dingwell. Still some furnishing and decorating to be done and plantation shutters are due to be fitted to all the windows in the next week or so. I'm pretty pleased with the result and we already have forward bookings!

15.01.2022 We are now ranked 8 out of 164 properties listed on the Stayz website in the Port Macquarie area - not a bad result after 8 months. Target No 1!

13.01.2022 Day 1 of the renovation of our next holiday apartment. Kitchen demolished, husband exhausted.

13.01.2022 Day 3 of renovations - progress is slow but progress nonetheless! 1990s and 1970s lino in the process of being removed as is the olive green bathroom. The floor tiles are almost trendy again (but not trendy enough for them to survive the jack-hammer. Both husband and wife exhausted.
