24.01.2022 Great work by the students who cleaned stains and shampooed carpets at Community First Step Fairfield Disability Centre. We especially want to thank LWRD Cleaning Services (local employer) who actively supports our learners during their training. The centre very much appreciated the help when our students do practical work experience there, which also means more detail cleaning is done for the Centre Thank you Nicole (Centre Manager) for allowing these work experience days to be possible. When he was asked to take on additional work, Brad had no hesitation and not only did he take on the extra work but excelled in carrying out that task to exceptional standards. 16.01.2022 Congratulations to our Graduates from Blacktown City Council who completed their Diploma in Leadership & Management course. The Council employees greatly appreciated the course being tailored around their Strategic Plan. It was exciting to hear that many of their projects and innovative ideas went to key directors in the council to show opportunities for further improvements and efficiencies in Council services. The Students very much appreciated Bevs (our trainer) delivery style and ongoing support.

16.01.2022 Some great feedback we received recently from one of our students! Thank you and Congratulations on an extended contract! "Without Learning Sphere I would not have been able to succeed. Learning Sphere & the entire staff gave me the confidence to believe I can return to teaching. Two and half years ago I suffered a heart attack and was told that it would next to impossible to work again, especially teaching.... By completing both Cert III and Cert IV in Business I knew I could teach again. I took the experience from Learning Sphere with me to my new teaching position in January of this year, where I was given a senior class Business Studies. I reflected on the trainers at Learning Sphere and was able to use this training in the delivery of my lessons. Learning Sphere was my inspiration and I credit Luke and the whole team that I was able to extend my contract not by one term but the rest of the year. Thank you guys so much."

Its been a privilege to work along side those who are are looking to build and be a part of a stronger community and helping to break cycles. 15.01.2022 Learning Sphere has partnered with IPA Diversity and Bayton Cleaning to complete a Health Support Skill Set focused on getting Aboriginal and Torres strait Islander people back into the workforce. Our group enjoyed onsite training at major Aged Care facility last week and were excited to be involved in the workplace practical activities. They showed great initiative and willingness to learn. They transition into their new job roles this week! Well done!

This award is given when an employee shows great initiative and good practices for cleaning critical areas like theatres and ERs Great work Aree!

They have worked hard over the last 6 months, some only starting with basic knowledge with using a computer. Now, they are as confident as ever! 07.01.2022 Congratulations to one of our wonderful student Sophie Sebuliba! Sophie has recently completed a Certificate III in Cleaning Operations course with us here at Learning Sphere. Sophie came to us as an asylum seeker, starting her new life journey in Australia, looking to build her skills and knowledge across the cleaning Industry. Sophie has shown great initiative and determination in her journey and has successfully acquired a wonderful new position as a Cleaner at Allowah Chi...ldrens Hospital. Allowah Presbyterian Childrens Hospital has been supporting children with complex disabilities and medical needs for over 60 years. Their family-centred approach to caring for these children maximises quality of life for all of those in the family unit. In order to further her knowledge and experience for her job, Sophie is now completing a Certificate II in Health Support with Learning Sphere. You are an inspiration to all! 06.01.2022 Our graduates from Awabakal had a great time participating in their Certificate III in Cleaning course. Awabakal is a community based company who work with those of Aboriginal descent. Learning Sphere is overjoyed to be able to work with such a wonderful company who are hard working, driven and are based around building a strong community. We look forward to working alongside them in any future projects.

05.01.2022 We had a wonderful day celebrating the great efforts and accomplishments of our 29 graduates from Aruma who completed their Certificate II & III Cleaning Operations! There was laughter, there were tears of happiness & best of all, there were lots of delightful smiles.These Aruma employees worked so hard and have definitely earned their well deserved qualification. We are very proud of you all. Well done!

03.01.2022 UPDATE: COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus) We have received guidance from NSW State Training Services and other sources regarding COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus). At this stage we have received no reports of possible Coronavirus infection among our staff. However, the relevant policy instruction has been passed on to our staff, particularly trainers.... Infection control is an important part of our available training program and we are happy to provide additional training to your staff. For example, we have prepared a short online training session specially designed to guide workers to reduce the risk of spreading an infection. Feel free to contact us.
