23.01.2022 The staff at Leaventhorpe would like to thank you for you custom and your patience throughout our first week back in the shop The good news is we will be back tomorrow For anyone who missed us last week, I have attached the new hours for next week Again please make sure you follow the distancing rules within the shop and while waiting outside. Only 3 customers in the shop at 1 time and 2 meters apart at all times Thanks again and stay safe

I am looking forward to seeing you all again soon and excited to be back! 19.01.2022 Morning everyone Just a reminder that the shop is CLOSED today The good news is we are back open tomorrow from 11.15 Social distancing measures are in place within the shop. Only 3 people in the shop at 1 time to stand at the designated markers labelled 1,2 & 3. If the shop has 3 people in please make a line outside the shop 2 meters from the door, and 2 meters apart. Your help and patience here is appreciated in order to keep the staff and our customers safe Thanks again for your continued support... see you tomorrow

16.01.2022 Exciting news for all new, and existing customers Leaventhorpe Fisheries now has precautions in place to protect its staff , and its customers during the COVID 19 crisis. We would therefore be reopening our doors on monday the 27th April with following new opening times in place . We are excited to see you all again very soon, and we thank you for your patience and custom at this difficult time. stay safe

Please remember although safety measures for customers and staff are in place within the shop , distancing rules will apply while waiting to be served. At busy times you may be asked to form a line outside the shop in order to keep everyone safe Thank you for your custom and we hope to see you all very soon exciting .....

13.01.2022 Good evening all Hope you are all keeping safe and well. Just a reminder that the shop is back open tomorrow from 11.30. Social distancing is in place and only 3 people allowed in the shop at one time. Please follow the guidance in order to keep yourself and other safe. The shop will also be open on May bank holiday, this is usually the Monday , however this year it is the Friday the 8th. The shop will be OPEN on the Friday for the bank holiday weekend , along with the Monday as normal

09.01.2022 Evening all The staff in the shop would once again like to thank you all for your continued support ,and for also following the distancing rules in the shop at all times. Your custom, help and support at this time is greatly appreciated and we thank you for playing your part in keeping everybody safe Attached are the hours for next week. We have decided to open Tuesday Tea as an additional shift to the last 2 weeks . Tuesday tea will also bring a special chippy treat for each individual in the shop over the age of 80 ... Keep your eyes open for the next update and spread the word to family and friends...

08.01.2022 Just a reminder that we are open again this evening 16.30-18.15 Please also remember that every Tuesday in May we are offering small fish and chips at a discounted price of 2.75 for all OAP's who visit the shop. Thank you again for your continued support and for adhering to the social distancing rules at all times

08.01.2022 Would like to say a big thank you to everyone who came to the shop today It was great to see some familiar faces returning and some new! We are also grateful that everyone followed the social distancing rules throughout the day, this was a big help in keeping things running smoothly ! We particularly want to thank you for your patience, especially at busy times and when waiting for your orders once again your custom is appreciated. We will be back Wedneday from 11.30 am

07.01.2022 Tuesday Tea is nearly here with a VE Day special , 75 years! To commemorate our appreciation for the heroes of VE Day, we would like to offer an OAP special when you visit the shop today , and for the remaining Tuesdays within May. You can enjoy a small portion of fish and chips for only 2.75 Please note this offer allocated to 1 offer per person and the customer must be present
