25.01.2022 We currently have an exciting opportunity for dynamic, passionate front of house waiter with experience, we are looking for a passionate, service driven team member with floor and bar experience Ideally the candidate has an understanding of French cuisine / is used to fast paced service whilst delivering a great experience to the guests / has a good knowledge in wines . you will be able to provide warm service and quality food in a fun and welcoming environment. We pride ourselves on our vast customer / fan base, with an abundance of regulars returning for the Le Bouchon experience several times a month This is a great role for someone to be part of a dynamic and fun team. The role offered is a full time position Tuesday to Saturday, mainly evenings, we are closed Sundays and Mondays great for achieving a work life balance.

22.01.2022 Our Slow cooked pork belly, lentils du puy and pork sauce is so easy to reheat, open a bottle of wine pour approximately 120 ml in your favorite wine glass, have a sip of the wine and repeat this action as often as you like....take the lid off and place the aluminium container in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180degrees, then on grill position for 3 minutes to crisp the skin up et voilà bon appétit and santé. #balnarring #somers #merricks #morningtonpeninsula #frenchfood #zatwazeasy #porkbelly
