13.01.2022 It’s a good day when you receive a planning permit for a job that was submitted to council almost 3 years ago. Yep, almost THREE years of site visits, council meetings, reports, additional surveys, numerous consultants and countless hours. But we finally got it across the line! Now to get cracking on these working drawings so these lovely people can finally start building their dream home!!!

09.01.2022 Is it still classified as work if you LOVE doing it?! I wish I had time to play on sketch up for all my jobs. These are a bit rusty, but some concepts for a new job currently being designed in Wandin. Looking forward to presenting to the client. Which do you like best?

08.01.2022 How does such a magnificent building end up abandoned? http://homes.nine.com.au//08/47/abandoned-casino-photograp Of course I had to find out....... The casino was built in Art Nouveau style according to the plans of Daniel Renard and inaugurated in August 1910. During World War II, the casino was used as a hospital. It then became a restaurant after the war ended. However, because it was too expensive to operate, the building has remained closed since 1990. The last major repairs of the building took place in 1988. However, maintaining the elaborate structure quickly became prohibitively expensive, and the building was closed in 1990. Another thing added to my list of places to visit someday...!

07.01.2022 Its always nice to receive photos from clients after construction has been completed. This one is a townhouse to the rear of an existing dwelling in Croydon, that we compelted plans for a couple of years ago.

07.01.2022 This is pretty savvy! However it should probably say it can print the walls in 24 hours. Surely the concrete still needs to cure before the roof can go on.
