25.01.2022 Here's a cracker of a 2x2 chalet that we built in #Carbunup. Some features include: a tailor-designed galley kitchen to suit the owners' vision, designer wood fire, sliding doors from each bedroom to outdoors,... washed aggregate concrete verandah, hidden laundry in one of the ensuites, split-system air-conditioning to main living area. 24.01.2022 Decking instal underway in #Cowaramup. Our clients have chosen Pacific Jarrah - an absolutely beautiful timber that is similarly priced to Merbau, but far superior. It has been prepped with linseed oil and gum turps all sides to ensure a longer life. The boys are loving working with it, and it looks great would you agree?

02.01.2022 Many people assume that a sloping block means a gazillion dollars in earthworks Gavin Leiper from Leimac Building has creative solutions to save our clients $$$. Read on > This new build on Ashton Street #MargaretRiver definitely has the wow factor, with spectacular skillion rooflines, and 2.7m wall frames on a steel subfloor on poles. The block is sloping, and infiltrated with granite boulders. To further complicate the build, it was important to the client to keep as ma...ny trees as possible. Given this brief, Gavin was able to position the house on the block to save the trees. He was also able to position the house around the boulders, effectively minimising earthworks and saving the client thousands of dollars. On top of all of this, Gavin made sure the house retained a northerly aspect to maximise solar-passive principles ensuring a lifetime of comfort in the finished home.
