22.01.2022 Beautiful Sangiovese for Rosato and Tennille's Chalmers Wines Australia hard working boots! These berries will be crushed before sitting overnight in the coolroom to extract a beautiful watermelon pink colour then on to the press!

20.01.2022 Our first pick of fiano fermenting away happily! We do two picks of the fiano every year. One early pick and one late pick. That way we have the best of both worlds! Beautiful crisp citrus, pear and grapefruit from the early harvest and tropical pineapple, a bit of coconut and some almond from the later pick.
