10.01.2022 It's been a year since we've been at our official factory! So here's a little background story of how we got here from our wonderful owner Sam! "I had always imagined and been wanting to expand RP into larger premises for a few years but had never pushed forward as the idea was daunting and overwhelming. I would visualise myself pulling up to a car spot in front of our white building in a complex. Fast forward a year and I am busily focused on keeping up with the business.... One day my partner announces that he thinks it's time to expand into a factory. Tim, my partner, has been supportive of RP from day one. He is honestly my biggest fan and I am grateful to have him in my life. We researched for months trying to find the right factory and the logistics involved. We actually stumbled upon our factory last minute after 2 other locations fell through. I am a big believer in things happening for a reason and this was definitely the case for us. Finding our factory was the first step, following this came negotiations, dealing with councils, landlords, authorities, private certifiers, draftsmen, tradesmen, and banks. We were pretty much building the commercial kitchen from scratch. The night that we signed the lease and picked up the keys was a turning point as it made it all real. So many mixed emotions, but the big one was as we were driving away and I looked in the rear view mirror I realised that I was looking at the factory I had seen in my visualisations. It was almost identical to the way I had pictured it. So dreams do come true. And then came the building journey"
