24.01.2022 What a lovely afternoon I had in December at the Sherwood Arboretum with this delightful family. David is a GBC cyclist who knows me from taking cycling photos and David and Suzie live next door another dear friend Ian Preston. I did family photoshoot for the Preston family the previous year. I was delighted when Suzie contacted me and asked me to capture their family. What a lovely family and we had a lovely chat while finding all the best locations to capture some natur...al photos of them. These are the photos they had printed as Christmas presents. So love seeing my photos in print and hearing how much their enjoyed the gifts.

23.01.2022 I have always looked at Col and thought how I would like to take some black and white shots of him one day and capture his wonderful character face. Well before Christmas I was given just that honour. This is a little favourite one of mine I hope you and Tee like it too, Col.

20.01.2022 This is a little clip I have put together as a tribute to the Tennyson Reach apartments where I have lived the past 3 years. With lots of treasure memories and beautiful sunrises and sunsets and I also offered to take some photos of my neighbours while I was living there which was greatly appreciated and filled my heart with happiness. I love my photography and it has given me so much pleasure throughout the past 8 years. Thank you Rich for teaching and encouraging me many years ago and for also capturing some special moments of my family and I throughout the years.

19.01.2022 Recently we had the honour to be asked to capture the wedding of Brydie and Dom. It is always so nice when we capture the story of a couple's life through throu...gh each momentous occasion. Brydie and Dom we captured Brydie's pregnancy with Zoe (still doing step classes at 8 mths) then Zoe as a baby then family photos and now their wedding. Watching the children grow before our lens/ eyes. Thank you Brydie and Dom although Rich and I are truly honoured to be part of your special day and many other momentous occasions. 17.01.2022 This week I sadly attended another funeral! That is the fourth one in 12 months! But at each of these funerals I have felt very proud that one or more of my photos I captured was cherished and either used in the booklet or slideshow. Although I felt very honoured but it made me realise how important it is to get family portraits done regularly and while you are well. 13.01.2022 Last night I attended a charity dinner hosted by Three Girls Skipping to raise money for Outback Futures. Outback Future's mission is to nurture and empower the outback by renewing hope, building resilience and strengthening the community. Their vision is to see rural and remote communities equipped with the confidence and tools to identify and address their own mental health and wellbeing challenges. Caroline asked me to bring my camera along to capture some clips of the nig...ht. Congratulations on raising over $20 000, great effort. Below is a link to some of the shots I have taken of the night. The dinner was amazing as always. I also donated a photoshoot as a prize and would you believe Gordon who I ride with and his wife Colleen won it and we were sitting at their table. 10.01.2022 Well after nearly 10 years of doing photography and one of my motivations to continue was to be able capture my grandchildren's baby photos, yesterday I had my first chance. Welcome to our world Louis Owen Coulston, my first grandchild and first child for our daughter Kelly and Jayden. 01.01.2022 Last month the Graceville Bowls Club celebrated their 100th Anniversary and I was asked by the President Gordon Dickson to capture some photos of the day. What a great day it was with the Governor of Qld, Paul de Jersey, Qld Minister of Transport - Graham Perret and local Councillor Nicole Johnston.
