23.01.2022 Today I encourage everyone to make one conscious decision that will better their life however small it may be. Whether you start implementing more greens, more fruits, more fibre and protein into your daily diet. Going for a 15, 20 or even 30minute walk around the block. Whatever it may be, be the change you wanna be and make those small steps into the steps that will ultimately put you onto your path of success.

It's $100 sign up which covers your diary, singlet and supplement pack with protein and other goodies. Including seminars on training and nutrition with a guest speaker. ... Now what will you will need to do? Commit to 2 sessions a week with your trainer which I hope is your awesome friendly Leo!! costs will be a discounted rate from $40 each per session to $35 each and a group training with all other challengers which will have no cost on Saturday from 8am. And if you are absolutely unable to attend the group session on Saturday you must make up for it by doing a class within the week. We will measure you up on the first day, 4weeks later and then 8weeks on the final day. Progression photos will be either taken by myself or yourself if it makes yourself feel more comfortable you may do it yourself. The winner will then be selected by head office on results and the key on successfully completing the challenge is commitment on training. 1st place receives 1year free membership, 2nd 6months and 3rd 3months here only at Snap Woodville. Now the prizes are indeed awesome but let's not focus solely on that. What you get from the challenge itself will definitely be well worth the time and investment. Only you can do that by spending your time wisely and investing in your youth now as you know it. Wait around long enough and you'll be sure to fall back even further than you were yesterday. 08.01.2022 TRANSFORMATION THORRRSDAY!! Here it is my very own personal 8week transformation!!! I made it my mission to cut back down slightly after bulking during Winter. I lost a total of 8.5kg from 95kg to 87.5kg. It was a slow consistent weight drop that helped me build back my confidence in myself reassuring myself that consistency triumphs all. I worked towards melting away my midsection which most of us males tend to hold most excess fat and building a more aesthetically pleas...ing physique. I choose to get involved in this great industry to change lives and be taken seriously for my craft. Believe me I know the pain and humiliation myself well growing up as the slightly rounder kid in the class. 06.01.2022 Because sometimes you will feel a struggle a moment in your life so unbearably hard and say life is unfair.. Why.. Why does this always have to happen to me.. Why me?? Yes life can be unfair whether you like it or not.. And serve you some of the most harshest outcomes and situations. Shit just happens out of the blue but life is exactly the outcome of the situation and choices you presume it to be. I'm not telling you life is easy because that's just fiction a fairy tale.. Of... course we all face struggles and we all have challenges and goals so high that when we feel remotely close to achieving them we're too scared of the height, the weight that we may fall and fail to do so. Once you've been broken down to the bare minimum where you're broken that's when the magic happens. It's when the miracle of rebirth and rebuilding happens. When you can get back on your feet and start anew and start fresh. Just like a Phoenix rising from the ashes burning ever so bright. This of course may be different for some and not everyone has the same attitude or mental fortitude in doing so. Or some may be slower than most. Whatever struggles you face hang in there and keep up the good fight. Rise up to the challenges and that is how you will succeed

03.01.2022 Congratulations Denny on your fantastic transformation!!! Denny approached me online weeks ago looking to make changes in order to reach his desired goal. He told me that he was ready to work and that's all I needed to hear to make his desired goals achievable. After hearing what he had to say and wanted to achieve I proceeded swiftly asking him what he was already doing in order to make those goals happen. With his current lifestyle in check we then devised a plan together... on how we could effectively drop the unwanted weight while maintaining as much muscle as possible. We then planned ahead what needed to be done from his nutritional intake and training. Today I'm proud to say below is Denny's transformation of what he was able to achieve within the past few months. From consistently following the plan I laid out before him. 03.01.2022 I've remained quiet the coming of passing months. Today I share to you my grocery haul. Not a bad buy I must say when trying to dial in on getting in the required nutritional intake for the next couple of days. Yes there is a bottle of wine as I like to live life on edge every now and again I'm only human. What I present to you is a total fitting of great foods to help me balance out my lifestyle. I get in the required amounts of macro and micro nutrients all the while being... able to endure and treat myself accordingly on the weekends and sometimes throughout the week. If you to are trying to find balance and need help in making the right decisions to getting to your desired goals and outcomes then by no means don't hesitate to send me a personal message and let me take the guess work out of your goals. 02.01.2022 You all know eating veggies are good for you! Why? Because #Micronutrients that's why. I cooked these up and mixed them with a lean protein source such which is fish but can easily be done with chicken. On social media today we're led down by such "fitness models" just to show you what they want you to see and how they want you to see it. They leave out the obsessive cardio/bulimia/anorexia/drugs and etc). I'm telling you there is no need for that. It's all about balance and ...portion control. Ladies eat 3/4fist full portions of meat a day and men 5/6 portions of fist full a day. That covers your protein intake for the day which a lot of us don't eat enough of which is why our body fails to hold a specific body shape composition. I'm perfectly happy to eat food sources that's seen as junk or unhealthy from time to time well almost everyday now but that's because I choose to and can fit it in my eating goals due to portion and balance control. And I still maintain an aesthetically desirable physique. And it's because although I do eat junk I also eat lots of wholesome foods on a regular basis. GET WAY WAY MORE wholesome and nutrient dense meals IN TO FUEL YOUR DAY. Find balance in all things. Nutrient dense whole foods > "fun" junk foods.. Follow the 80/20 split. It's absolutely fine to include some treats or craving fixes into your lifestyle (I recommend this to all my clients) but a lifestyle of deprivation and gorging to fit extreme calorie meals on a daily basis is just another eating disorder.
