12.01.2022 Callistemon phoeniceus This very understated bottlebrush is really putting on a show at the Nursery. There are only two Callistemon species included in our spe...ctacular flora of Western Australia - Callistemon glaucus and C. phoeniceus. The latter is commonly known as Scarlet Bottlebrush, Fiery Bottlebrush or Lesser Bottlebrush. An open sunny position is preferable and it is tolerant of moist conditions. The plant benefits from light pruning, particularly in the early stages, and this should consist of general shaping and removal of spent flower heads. Can grow up to 6m high, best kept to no higher than 2-3m high in cultivation. Small Pots $8.00 Large Pots $16.00 @LCN See more

06.01.2022 Happy NAIDOC week! LCN exists on Noongar boodja of the Wardandi people. We acknowledge Noongar people as the traditional custodians of this land and pay our respects to Noongar elders, past present and future. LCN grows plants native to the South West region, this means that, primarily, the plants we grow, nurture and sell to you are Noongar plants. Many (if not most) have cultural uses. We are even lucky enough to have a 'Bush Tucker' section in our nursery. LCN are de...eply grateful for the cultural knowledge that has been shared to us by Noongar Elders about these amazing plants. This enables us to share this knowledge on, and help keep cultural connections alive. Always was, always will be. #NAIDOC2020 See more
