24.01.2022 2019 Christmas Cup Rounds 1 & 2 results Last night saw the opening two rounds of the Christmas Cup tournament played with some great matches, awesome atmosphere and some upsets! Round 3 matches in Pool A will decide QF 3 & 4 matchups.... (note: these will be the first matches played next Thursday 12th Dec) Caillin Blackwood vs Erin Zolnier Don Calder vs Diego Hernandez QF matches to be played Thursday 12th December: QF 1: Brad Hibbs vs Phil Anastasakis QF 2: Dave Hall vs Luke Mattaboni QF 3: Sam Henderson vs Winner of Don & Diego QF 4: Kevin Wells vs Winner of Caillin vs Erin First-round losers are competing for the Christmas Plate with eight players still alive in that draw. 20.01.2022 Country squash tournaments are incoming! Feb 28-Mar 1 - Esperance Open Feb 29-Mar 1 - Busselton Masters (held at Bunbury Squash Club)... Following those events, we have the Mandurah Open (27-29 March! We'd like to encourage all Leschenault members to get involved and support this great tournament. These tournaments are only successful if players play in them! See the poster below for more info.

19.01.2022 It's back!!! The Leschenault Classic Teams event returns for 2020 and we are hoping to make it bigger and better! Last year's tournament was a huge success and we received some great feedback about how it was run and the enjoyment players got playing in teams!... It will be held on Friday 28th (numbers dependant), Saturday 29th & Sunday 30th August. You can nominate as a team of three or nominate yourself and we will find you a team. PAR-11 best of 5. Thank you to all of our sponsors, Ford & Doonan, Coastline Homes and Pool & Spa Mart for all of your support, without these sponsors, these events are very difficult to run. Saturday Night BBQ and live music were brilliantly put together and very well received! Over 80 attended and witnessed a BBQ masterclass by Brad Grinter and a magical show put on by A Guy and A Girl (Erin Zolnier and Guy Italiano). The Leschenault crew who put on the amazing weekend, you know who you are and thank you! Big shoutout to Erin Zolnier and Barb Murtha for the efforts you put in over the week leading up to the event. And thank you to all of the players, supporters and attendees who made this weekend what it was. Matches were played in great spirit and the comradery off the court was something to behold. Long live Country Squash!!!

13.01.2022 Earlier this year Leschenault Squash Club inducted two life members. Both Neil Meek & Barb Murtha have committed countless hours of dedication to our club and we appreciate everything they have done and continue to do!

12.01.2022 Last night saw the completion of the 2019 edition of the Christmas Cup. This year's format brought the whole club together in a 40-player tournament where players of all levels played off in handicapped matches. Congratulations to the following players: Cup Winner (back-to-back winner!)... Caillin Blackwood Cup Runner Up Brad Hibbs Plate Winner Kohdee Griggs Plate Runner Up Troy Mattaboni Thanks to everyone for the amazing food, draught beer, raffle ticket sellers and the players for making it a night for the ages! A great three weeks at the club culminated in an amazing atmosphere last night. Long live LSC and long live squash! Merry Christmas everyone!

11.01.2022 2019 was a huge year for Leschenault Squash Club, we ran our first tournament as a club and saw many new innovations to the premises. Thank you to all committee members who helped ‘modernising’ the upstairs area! Happy New Year to all our members, we look forward to seeing you all in 2020!

10.01.2022 2020 Intra Club Championships Bunbury & Leschenault Squash Clubs are combining forces to compete in Club Championships together this year! The event will be held on Friday 31st July (5:00pm onwards) & Saturday 1st August.... Entry will be $30 for adults & $20 for juniors and you will be guaranteed 3x matches (1x Friday night and 2x Saturday). There will be divisions to cater for all abilities. Hand-Out to 9 scoring will be in force as we are in the lead up to Country Week! 04.01.2022 It's time! The 2020 Leschenault Classic Teams Event kicks off this Friday at Leschenault Leisure Centre (Leisure Drive, Australind) from 5.30pm. The event will be held over the following times: Friday 28th August - 5.30 - 8.30pm Saturday 29th August - 9.00am - 6.30pm... Sunday 30th August - 10.00am - 4.00pm Two pick-a-number raffles will be run over the weekend with the following amazing prizes: 1. A Mojo's Craft Beer Extravaganza - $150 worth of craft beer and other goodies. 2. A Foodies Delight - $150 worth of gourmet food and wine. $5 a number. Beerfarm beers available all weekend! Saturday Night will see a BBQ function with Grints on the tongs, salads and sides to die for and some desserts for the sweet tooth enthusiasts! We are looking forward to some amazing squash matches, lots of fun and great company. Bring on the weekend!
