17.01.2022 Hey your are doing really good job working as a support worker. Don't be disappointed or stresses if you think you cant understand someone with special needs. Be Patience take a deep breath and try to noticed small sign or expression. They have different way to express. Once you both on same Rythem you will start understand each other. Please don't be a Shift worker be a Carer or a Support working. Let's Walk Together

17.01.2022 Hey wow yea it's good to have BBQ or Get to Together with family or friends on weekends in park or somewhere peaceful place. Please watch out the parking with Disable sign. Please Do not Park your car in Disability parking. We know it's always busy and hard to find parking if you can feel it's being stressful then definitely you also can feel how stressful for special needs people. Doesn't matter it's weekdays or weekend Please don't not Park your car in Disability zone. Please consider them and their special needs. Let's Walk Together

But please when your choose support worker choose for care for your love ones ,please don't choose who entertain you. Please sorry to say that because your love ones need someone who can understand them, care them and whom they can feel safe and comfortable. .... You may like someone who is a good entertainer but you may loose someone who is a good support worker for your love ones .. Please understand the point and take it positive way . Let Walk Together
