There are however some important things to remember: Please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell - ensuring you give us 24hrs notice as per our cancellation policy Please use the hand sanitiser on arrival Please arrive on time for your appointment, not early, this helps ensure social distancing can occur in our small clinic space Please do not bring anybody outside your fa...mily ‘bubble’ to your appointment as our small clinic space cannot allow enough space for social distancing if this was to occur After your appointment please leave promptly to allow time for cleaning and disinfection to occur, and to ensure no crossover with other clients We really appreciate your help with this, as it helps us to keep our doors open, and stop the spread of COVID-19.
