24.01.2022 Using my cleaning paste to clean all my wooden chopping boards. A good scrub with some clove oil as extra antimicrobial properties to kick those germs. Rinse under hot water and live upright to dry.

21.01.2022 BOGO is back !!!!! Today’s offer is incredible !!! Green mandarin is amazing and Juniper Berry saves our household from severe night terrors with our youngest. I will forever be grateful for that oil. Not only is green mandarin so fresh to diffuse I also love using it in my skincare routine. 17.01.2022 I know I have touched base with this before but I spoke to a lovely women this morning about an ear infection and thought I would revisit this one. I remember as a child I suffered from many ear aches. I would wake through the night in discomfort pulling and tugging at my inflamed ear. I would end up on the couch at some crazy hour in the morning and mum would always pop on Wizard of Oz. The things we remember as kids hey!? I also have memories of dry toast and lemonade when...ever I was unwell. What was your mum’s go to remedies when you were unwell as children ? I had an extremely sore ear last year and this was during the beginning of my journey with essential oils. Bought back those vivid memories of sore ears and Wizard of Oz on the couch in the middle of the night. I came across something online that said Basil, Lavender and Tea tree were great for ear aches and infections. These three oils layered around the ear, on the ear lobe and down the neck helped incredibly. What I did also which aided in the recover of my ear ache was a drop each of these oils on a cotton ball and placed at the opening of the ear. This avoids placing any oils into the ear canal which is what we don’t want to do ! Do this in both ears even if the discomfort is in just the one. Now put the kettle on and some Stan or Netflix and rest for 30-45 minutes. (If the kids allow it!) Yep I can hear we you all now, YEAH TIGHT ZOE! Haha. #mumlife Repeat if needed remembering that consistency is key in anything oil related. Basil is antibacterial and anti-inflammatory. Tea Tree is anti-fungal, antiseptic and antiviral. Lavender is an astringent, antihistamine, soothing and antibacterial. Why not give these oils a go the next time you have any ear trouble. Remember experiment with your oils and find what works for you!

I have this diffusing this morning with Wild Orange to uplift, validate and bring joyfulness into my heart. I lean on my oils a lot for emotional support. It’s amazing how certain aromas can allow you to go many different places. Oils aren’t there just for their health benefits they are there to support us and promote positivity through any emotions we may face. What do you lean on your oils for ?

14.01.2022 I was lucky enough at Christmas to get the emotions touch collection with both of these in it. I use them as my PUREFUME. Peace is one that truly calms my wild child daughter down at night. If she’s bouncing off walls I give her a foot rub and back rub with Peace and she’s out light a light. Very calming and very soothing. My only protest would be that it doesn’t come in a larger bottle!

14.01.2022 So do not judge me by the state of my kettle. Yes it has been a little neglected but I have given it some TLC and it’s sparkling clean once again. See below before and after pics 1Tbs citric, a is a few drops of Lemon and a mix of water and vinegar. Boil and use the water to clean your kitchen sinks and drains. Gotta love a 2 in 1 right?!? ... 13.01.2022 Water, bicarb, Castile soap and DTERRA is all you need to clean your bathroom peeps !!! Today I cleaned our entire bathrooms with these two products. Normally I would reach for my mould spray for the showers however was out of that and waiting on an order to arrive to remake so this time I used my Multi spray and my toilet cleaner to do the work for me. I even used my toilet scrub as a Jif like cleanser. Diy is so versatile and uncomplicated! When your down ...and out of one product you can just whip out another to do the job. I love that I am not smelling in bleach fumes these days. Before hand I would have to open my Windows hold my breathe wearing gloves and rush through the cleaning so I could get out of there and close the doors for a while before we went back in. Not anymore !!!!! Inhaling the aromas from my products actually makes cleaning very pleasant. What DIY produces have you been interested in making and swapping ? I’d love to know

13.01.2022 LOVE Ok. So I know this isn’t oil related but I’d like to think this page is about more than that and I needed to share how special this photo is. ... This here is picture perfect. It is a photo of my husbands grandparents. Pop has been blind for the most part of his life and has lent on Mama to provide and guide him throughout their life together. It shows unconditional love. Find your person and hold on to them extra tight. Life is a special thing when you have loved, been loved and created love through that love. Love is what makes the world go round See more

10.01.2022 [ Detangle Hair Spray ] Guys I urge you to stay away from those candy smelling artificially filled supermarket kids detangle sprays. They are actually full of so much crap! Of course they cover them in characters and funky pictures to lure your kids into wanting it purely for the bottle. Our skin is our largest organ so why in the world would we be spraying shitty stuff directly onto our kids scalps. ... It’s super simple and so incredibly cost affective to whip up your own. Get your spray bottle of choice and add a squirt (equivalent to approx 1Tsp) conditionerof choice. Then goes in a splash of boiled water to melt down your conditioner (give it a swirl to help it along) topping the rest with cooled boiled water. Add your essential oils (we go with Lavender and Tea Tree) we go with a couple drops of each and WAM BAM THANK YOU MA’AM you have yourself a low tox hair detangle spray. Comb/brush the hair from the ends up for beautiful locks. This will save the time and tears that go with brushing the little ones crazy bed hair. My daughter never complains anymore when we need to tame her mane. Play around with quantities to suit your needs and size of spray bottles. Happy Brushing See more

07.01.2022 Creating a blissful environment before bedtime is so important! Slowing down the pace, turning off the bright lights and diffusing oils all help to calm the wee brains (and big brains!) before sleep. I love having natural ways to help bring calmness to our home. I’ll be honest .... I’ve been extremely slack lately with providing this for me and my family by not diffusing at night. This part of the routine has been out the window this week and we have felt the affects ...of it. However I’ve been getting out the ‘ol faithful’ Lavender Peace the last couple of nights and we have all had the most sound sleeps. Even Hubs has noticed a difference. That’s something right ? 07.01.2022 How many of you rub yourself and the rugrats down with Vick’s? I would assume quite a few. Even I used to whip the Vick’s out when we were unwell. Not anymore!
