21.01.2022 Recently came down with the flu . It actually felt alien to me since I haven’t been sick for over 3 years. I have flu shots yearly, and regular exercises. So I thought flu would not be in my life again, but I was wrong... The body ache was a real shock to me! I couldn’t eat, couldn’t move, couldn’t think, couldn’t concentrate! I felt so lost and resort to bed rest everyday. Only after I took some meds, which I intentionally delaying, I felt better, much better! That was... a moment of revelation! When people are in pain, their body just shut down. Not only physically they can’t function, they are incapacitated mentally as well! Without a way out, the pain will persist and get heavier and heavier, until it becomes a chronical pain. That’s when you suffer the most! A wise man said: Pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional! Is it time to seek help and get rid of that pain, once and for all? I ask the universe to guide those who needs my help, a path to me. I’m not good at advertising, but I’m good at what I do. Let me show you the way to a painless life!

21.01.2022 Breakups can be emotionally exhausting, but by finding meaning and purpose in times of suffering, we can fill our lives with appreciation and gratitude.

16.01.2022 Pain! When you are hit by two days of toothache, you will disregard the fear of dentist! And that was me... Pain changes your perspective, just like that! It was my fault that I avoided the visit to a dentist for over 3 years. I knew this would happen and I kind knew only at this moment, I would go and say hello to my dentist... ... It turned out that I had two cavities. One is big and deep and nearly touch the nerve. And that’s why the pain hit. When sitting in the dentist’s chair, I cringed and struggled, but I knew I had no other choice... It also made me think back the last two years, why people don’t seek help when there is plenty help around. The reason is: the pain is still bearable! We will only act when the pain becomes unbearable! Now, the pain is unbearable... is it too late? I wonder if the filling comes too late now, I will face tooth extraction or root canal... When will you do something about your pain? I hope, it’s not too late for you...

14.01.2022 You don’t have to listen to me, but you should always listen to Tony Robbins!

13.01.2022 Last week we had our Christmas party at Ganache Chocolate in South Yarra, making Truffles. The Master Chocolatier was very enthusiastic about good quality chocolate and his journey in becoming a Master. But to my surprise, he is single, he never married, and will be alone this Christmas. Looking at him, while he talked about stories while he traveled in Europe, in Asia and in Australia, I didn’t see any sorrow nor anger. He was so passionate about chocolate! He called his ch...ocolate marking machines, which control the temperature for chocolate making, his girlfriends. His love towards chocolate is undeniable. Is he truely happy living a bachelor life all these years? I would say, he is in his high forties or early fifties. Can you love something more than you love a person? Maybe yes! So this is Christmas Eve! I wish each and everyone of you: a very happy Christmas. Do what you love, be what you want to be, start that project that you have always dreamed about. Life is too short to continuously put your passion on back burner! Enjoy this day and next day and every day after that. A final note, the ganache chocolate is so yum!

12.01.2022 What is the price for happiness? If you are truly happy, you would say it is priceless! But for those who are struggling everyday to get out of bed , to get rid off that anger , that sorrow , that hopelessness , ‘happiness’ is just a name that means nothing to them. So let me ask you, what is the price of your sorrow? What price have you paid for your anger? If you were happy, would the result be different? Have you suffered enough? What price are you willing to pay ...to be happy again? 2018 is here. A new year, a new me and hopefully, a new you! Let’s make it a happy year, shall we? 05.01.2022 Relationships are about giving up control and surrendering, which is terrifying. And while doing that isn’t a guarantee it’ll work out, it gives us our best chance. A lovely story to read...

03.01.2022 We hang on to the past, because we fear that we won't get anything in the future. But once a door is decisively closed, another door always opens, miraculously! The best part is, the second time around, it's always better!

03.01.2022 I know I haven’t posted here. It’s hard to post something sad when you are happy. And it’s also cruel (in my opinion) to re-iterate someone else’s sad story just to get attention... I guess I went through the lower points of my life and now I’m way on the top. Life is wonderful, full of opportunities and full of hopes. For this, I can’t thank enough the man who came into my life and we both grow closer and loving and hopeful. Looking back the two years that made so much chan...ge... I believe I’m worthy and so my man is worthy of me as well! I see a bright future, so I’m not afraid of anything. I wanted to help others to ease their pain, but so many don’t believe that they are worthy of happiness, and therefore, they forced themselves (unconsciously) to remain in such a sad state day in day out. I asked the universe to direct those who needed my service, to come to me. I’m glad that I have made some changes to someone. I’m glad I brought some smile back on their faces. I also decided to do something different from now: Provide advice to those who wants to keep their relationships but struggling. Why wait till the heart is broken to fix it? Why not prevent the broken heart from happening? Why some couples enjoyed decades of happy relationship and some struggle to keep a good partner? What does man want? What does woman want? Is there a middle ground that man and woman can survive co-dependency? I’ll post here tips from everywhere, that can help a couple to grow closer rather than apart. In a long relationship, it’s so easy for the two person to drift apart mentally. The routines becomes boring and predictable. The life focus changes from time to time. The spark fades and passion set aside... Is there a cure to a happy relationship? I say yes! With some work, everything can turn around and back to its former glory! How can I be of your service today?
